Do you see patients outside of pregnancy and pediatrics?

Yes, we see women of all ages and stages as well as the occasional dad and weekend warrior! If Haven isn’t the right fit for your specific case Dr. Karisa is happy to provide you with names of other amazing providers that may be able to help.

Do you accept insurance?

Dr. Karisa is considered an out-of-network provider with insurance companies. However, we do accept HSA/FSA as valid payment options. Superbills are available upon request, but it is the patient’s responsibility to submit documentation directly to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

Can I bring my child to my appointment with me?

Absolutely, yes! I am a mother and my daughter is frequently my partner in crime.

What if I’ve never been to a chiropractor before?

Thank you for trusting me to be your chiropractor! Patient education is very important to me, first and foremost. Every adjustment depends on trust and the patient’s comfort level. If we need to start out slowly and work our way up, that is totally fine!
