Dr. Karisa Castner
Originally from Michigan, Karisa attended Florida Gulf Coast University (WINGS UP!) where she completed her undergraduate degree in Biology. In 2023, Karisa graduated Salutatorian and Magna Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences in St. Petersburg, FL!
Dr. Karisa is certified in Webster Technique and is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
As a perinatal and pediatric chiropractor, Dr. Karisa loves helping her patients achieve their goals during such a delicate time in their lives. She strives to be a resource for families and provide them with the education and tools to make informed decisions about their care. Her passion for prenatal and pediatric care has been a theme throughout her life, but her own experience with pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum really highlighted her purpose both as a provider and as a mother.
Haven Chiropractic & Wellness is an embodiment of that purpose and creating her practice has brought one of Dr. Karisa’s biggest dreams to life (besides being Harper’s mom). Outside of the office you can find her enjoying restaurants with her husband, Steve, or making memories with their daughter. Karisa loves the Florida sunshine and staying active!
